Ingredients
Salad
8 cups of spinach
1 cup of finely chopped red bell peppers
1 cup of sliced strawberries
2 ounces of goat cheese (optional)
Almonds
1/3 tasse whole almonds
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp powder ginger
Preheat 350
Baking sheet with parchment paper
Rinse almonds cold water dry with Scott towel Mix with ingredients and place on baking sheet Bake 15 min – flip occasionally
Dressing
1/4 tbls olive oil
1/2 tbls apple cider vinagar
1 tbls apple concentrate
1tsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
Add grilled chicken / shrimp for meal
